About Brad Stearns
Brad is the responsible broker of 605 Real Estate LLC. After graduating from SDSU in Economics & Aviation he came straight to Sioux Falls to work with his uncle Jeff Nelson in real estate sales earning him the newcomer of the year in the Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire.
Jeff and Brad started as a two-man real estate team in 2012 and have grown it to a small brokerage of 30 included 29 licensed agents specializing in residential sales, development and property management. Involvement in the local Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire started early and Brad is currently serving as the vice president for 2018.
