Brandon Ness

Originally from Waubay, South Dakota, Brandon Ness is an entrepreneur and real estate professional based in Sioux Falls.  A finance graduate from the University of South Dakota, Brandon has built a diverse portfolio spanning long-term rentals, short-term Airbnb properties, and creative seller-financed acquisitions. Known for his direct, resourceful approach, he has a talent for identifying opportunity and executing with precision.

Brandon leads several ventures, including HausClean, a growing residential cleaning company, and Heritage Property Management, a property management firm that handles both his own holdings and those of other investors. He’s passionate about building efficient systems, scaling operations, and sharing practical insights with fellow entrepreneurs.

 Outside of work, Brandon enjoys an active lifestyle through traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time on the golf course.  Whether hiking a trail or negotiating a deal, he brings the same intensity and drive to everything he does.
