Nick Luther

Nick is a lifelong resident of the Sioux Falls area who has a passion for serving the community. In 2022, Nick retired from his position as a Captain with Sioux Falls Fire Rescue.  During his career with SFFR he served the community with dedication and integrity. Since retiring Nick got into substitute teaching and has continued to help members of our community in the role of Competency to Restoration Educator at the Minnehaha County Jail. Seeking an opportunity to expand his role within the community, he found a natural path to real estate. Real estate allows Nick to share his knowledge of the Sioux Falls area he has proudly served for so many years. Nick is focused on building strong and long-lasting relationships with the clients he assists in buying and selling homes. He has found that real estate brings the same sense of purpose and fulfillment he found during the time he dedicated to the fire department and to his role at the Minnehaha County Jail.  

When he’s not assisting clients, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing. He and his family love relaxing and making memories together on their acreage, where their pasture pets keep things lively and fun. Nick’s deep local knowledge, calm demeanor, and genuine care for people make him a trusted guide for anyone navigating the Sioux Falls real estate market.
